May I take other exercises along with Yoga exercises?

To get the health benefits of Yoga never take any exercise beside Yoga. If you do so you may be sure that the balance of the body and mind that you have made with labor is sure to be lost. You may swim in the pond, cycle for an hour, dance for 30 minutes but never go to the GYM. Yoga and Gym may do harm to your body. In this regard if you find any Yoga guru seek advice from him. After strenuous exercises yoga practice should be canceled. Rather you may take the help of Relaxation Techniques.
